One of the things I don't understand about our new President:

How can he ,with a stroke of the pen, say we aren't going to allow terrorist and other enemy combatants to be tortured. Yet with the stroke of another pen say it is alright for a doctor to shove a steel rod into the back of a baby's skull and end it's life.
